The Asset Management department includes a team of 15 highly experience maintenance technicians that are trained in all types of home repairs.
They are available 24/7/365 to assist our residents in maintaining their home properly.
Many of these repairs can be made at no cost to the resident.
The Maintenance Department is responsible for ensuring that all common area work orders are addressed promptly and efficiently to maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment for residents and visitors. Routine inspections and timely completion of these work orders are essential to preserving the overall condition and appearance of the property. Residents can request a work order by calling the office number or logging into the Rent Café portal. (make a link to the portal)
In addition, all emergency work orders are prioritized and responded to immediately to mitigate potential hazards, prevent property damage, and ensure resident safety. Maintenance staff provide 24/7 emergency service coverage, guaranteeing that urgent issues are addressed at any time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support uninterrupted operations and resident well-being.
Examples of Emergency Work Orders:
- No heat in the home
- Overflowing tubs, toilets or sinks
- Smoke/CO2 detectors beeping or not working
- No electricity in the home (not due to power outage)
- Entry door not closing or locking
Current residents need to call the emergency maintenance line if any of the above issues occur after business hours.
