One electronic pre-application is required for all the waiting lists you add your name to.

Update your application in the portal and the available waiting list will appear once it’s completed.

Using the applicant portal, you can check your status on the waiting list. We cannot accurately provide you with a number on the list or provide a timeline for selection from a list.

 

‘On list’ On that building's list and waiting for selection. ‘Selection’ Check your certification tab in the applicant portal and complete it to be considered for the housing opportunity. ‘Removed’ Removed from the list, and the reason will be listed.

 

No, each property has its own waiting list, and you are at a different place on each list.

Complete the intake form and upload the required documents. Once under review, you will be contacted by a housing specialist to discuss the application. Selection does not guarantee immediate placement; you must meet all the qualifications for the program.

The PBV rental assistance is attached to the property and isn’t transferable.

In general, we work in order of the waiting list based on when the names were added. If a property has a preference, families that meet the preference will be selected from the waiting list with priority.
