About: The DHC Resident Services Department (RSD) aims to offer every DHC resident the opportunity to become self-empowered. All RSD programming services including employment, training and supportive services that guide residents on how to problem solve and analyze situations where they make the best decisions for them and their families overall well-being. The RSD focus is to create an environment of “Self-Empowerment” throughout all DHC communities. Our mantra is, “Yes I Can….” (what do your dots stand for).
